1. Topos collects the following data exclusively to be able to provide the Service: name, surname, email address, mobile phone number, as provided by you. Topos might also collect your mobile phone number directly from your device if possible. Topos uses the data to deliver the Service and maintain a customer relationship, including processing refund claims.

2.  Topos uses Google Analytics to collect statistics on users’ interaction with the Service to improve the Service and related in-app functionality.

3. The Service may create aggregate usage reports for advertisers and partners. This allows our advertisers to advertise more effectively and allows our users to receive advertisements that are relevant to their needs. Topos never shares individual personal information with anyone, so an advertiser will never know that a specific user clicked on that advertiser’s advertisement.

4. Topos uses the above-described information to tailor the Service to suit user needs and help our advertisers better understand our audience demographics. We do not share information about individual users with any third party.

6. In the event that you use the Service to purchase Products from third party Merchants as further described in the terms of service, the collection of data by such third party Merchant is described in the relevant privacy policy of such Merchant.

As a Topos Wallet holder, we may collect information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, debit card details, bank information and other information that is not otherwise publicly available. Such information is collected when you register and activate a Topos Wallet on the website. Information about your computer hardware and software i.e. your internet protocol address, browser type, operating system, domain name, access time and date and other technical information about your means of connection to the website is automatically collected.

10. The information collected from you is used in a number of ways. We use the information to process your registration, fulfil your service order maintain the quality of our service, generate statistics about our website visitors, facilitate payment in respect of services rendered to you, customize and improve the content of our website, fulfil any other request you have made, conduct research and generally enhance our service delivery to you.
